Embed a Picture in Your Standard Correspondence Signature

You can include an image in your outgoing signature block.

Warning: If you remove the file that contains the picture that you included in your signature, that picture is no longer displayed as part of your signature. The standard broken image icon is displayed, instead.

To embed a picture in your standard signature, complete the following steps:

1. Click Menu > My Traffic > My Settings > Correspondence Signature pane. A dialog prompts you for the required information.
2. Enter the URL where the image file that you want to insert is located in the URL field.
3. Enter the appropriate size information in the Width and Height fields. These dimensions are in pixels. If you do not enter dimensions, TrafficLIVE derives the dimensions from the image file. If you specify dimensions, those override the image file's dimensions.
